I may not be married yet. I may not even be a bride to be yet. But I love me some Project Wedding! It’s pretty much like a Yelp for all things wedding related. I adore how brides can log on and actually get personal opinions from past brides on vendors they plan on using. They also get tons of helpful ideas and tips to help spark their creativity. I secretly kind of wish I was a bride because of all the fun creative stuff I see on this site. I know that planning a wedding is stressful but it also looks like oh so much fun!
Anyways, back to what I wanted to blog about. I recently received an email from the creator of Project Wedding and she informed me that she would be soon blogging about me on the website. I was more than thrilled and have been anxiously waiting to see my pictures on their website and blog. First off, 4 of my images were displayed right on the homepage (as shown above). Secondly, I was featured on their blog site (as shown below). They featured Nina and Matt’s wedding that showcases vibrant purples, chocolate brown, and ivory. It’s a wonderful color palette! I am so happy and so honored that the site even acknowledges me and my photography. I made it a personal goal of mine to be published online and in print. I can happily say that I have finally been published online twice now and I’m still working on getting published in a wedding magazine by the end of this year. Only time will tell but I know it will happen because I will make sure of it.
I love having goals and I love accomplishing them. These are one of many and I’m definitely growing and can’t wait to see what’s to come in 2010.
BIG Thank You to Project Wedding for acknowledging me and my work. I am a huge advocate of this site and hope that all brides use this site regularly to not only get ideas, get referrals, but also connect with other brides going through the same roller coaster ride of wedding planning. I love Project Wedding and I’m a happy gal today..now I’m off to Disneyland to enjoy this wonderful Cali weather!
