Just got myself some new business cards!! I love them!
The other day my dear friend Jennifer and I hung out. After the mall, some lunch, and some fun chit chat we ended up at my old college campus of Cal Poly Pomona. Man, I haven’t been here for years and the library looks WAY better and now there’s a real parking structure! Geez! I guess that’s where my money went. I wish i could have enjoyed these facilities when I was actually studying on campus. It would have been awesome!
In any case, Jen didn’t anticipate me doing a portrait session of her but it was fun for me to practice and just have some fun with my camera. Here are some of the fun shots I took of Jen and of the Japanese Garden on campus.

USC holds a very special place in the hearts of Nate and Brianne.
- They both graduated from USC
- They both love USC football
- They both love the USC traditions
- They both were in the USC marching bands together!
As fate would have it, they never met when they were actually going to school at USC. Instead, they met through mutual friends soon after. I was surprised to find that they never met even though they were in the same marching band together! But I guess the marching band must be that huge! hehe
It’s no wonder the couple wanted to take their engagement session at USC. We trekked around campus going to the marching band building, played some football, and even kicked the infamous lamp for good luck! I learned a lot about USC and its rich traditions. It made me want to go back to college and do it all over again. But then I realized all the papers and exams and I realize that’s not a good idea! haha

It’s been raining a ton here in “sunny” Southern California.
Most people I know get very unproductive and don’t feel the need to do much on rainy days, but I guess I’m not like most people.
I have been keeping myself super busy.

I have also been working out at home and playing some Nintendo Wii.
I don’t play this enough but Hao got the new Super Mario Bros. game and I just had to start playing again. Yay!

Bailee and Kaiden are two AWESOME kids! They are the nephew and niece of my boyfriend, Hao. They are so adorable and super duper photogenic. When Hao’s sister asked me to take some photos of her kids, I can never say no. We did a quick session right in their backyard and the light was just too perfect. I love this time of the year when the sun is not too harsh and their are some clouds in the sky. It’s perfect shooting time!

I showed my mom this picture and she LOVED it. She says Kaiden just looks too cute in this picture. As if he’s thinking something to himself.
